Deliberate Planner for Strategic Deterrence
The applicant will work in a challenging position and be responsible for providing deliberate planning to support strategic engagement and deterrence. Duties include:
- Develop USSTRATCOM strategy in support of national leadership as well as similar efforts in support of GCCs
- Providing subject matter expertise and recommendations regarding the formulation, preparation advocacy and coordination for deterrent strategies
- Support development of USSTRATCOM strategic guidance statements and deliberate planning products across the Commands Lines of Operation
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and planning guidance to integrate functional capabilities across USSTRATCOM global missions
- Develop and implement adaptive planning and knowledge management initiatives. Assess existing adaptive planning processes, procedures, and systems.

- Fully qualified Joint Staff Officer
- Nuclear operations experience
- Joint Forces Staff College
